Effective September 3, 2026. By using areenrow.com or purchasing Areen Row products you agree to these terms.
Purchases
Products are sold through TikTok Shop. Pricing, payment, taxes, shipping timelines, and buyer protection follow TikTok Shop's policies at the time of purchase. Prices are in US dollars.
Exchanges and store credit
All sales are final. We gladly exchange sizes within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with tags. If your size is sold out, you receive store credit for the full amount. We do not issue cash refunds. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost to you. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. To start an exchange, email hello@areenrow.com with your order number.
Sizing and colors
We publish measurements for every piece. Colors may vary slightly between screens and fabric dye lots.
Made-to-measure orders
Custom-size pieces are tailored to the measurements you provide and cannot be exchanged or returned, except for a workmanship fault, which we repair or replace free of charge. Please measure carefully; we are happy to help by email before you order. Allow 7 to 10 additional days for tailoring.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Areen Row is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
