Effective September 3, 2026. Areen Row ("we", "us") operates areenrow.com and the Areen Row accounts on TikTok and Instagram. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Orders. Purchases are made through TikTok Shop. TikTok provides us the order details needed to fulfill it: name, shipping address, items, and order status. Payment details are handled by TikTok and never reach us.
• Messages. If you contact us by email or social media, we keep the message to answer you.
• Site analytics. areenrow.com uses no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type) to keep the site running.

How we use it

To fulfill and support orders, answer questions, and improve our products. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties except the services needed to run the store (TikTok Shop, shipping carriers).

Social media platforms

We use TikTok's and Meta's official APIs to publish our own content to our own accounts and to read our own account statistics and orders. We do not collect data about your TikTok or Instagram account.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Messages are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@areenrow.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our products and site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
